If the product is damaged in any way , please make video before the post office people and offer us the video to proof the damage. if not, we will not accept any complaint.

2. Returns are accepted within 15 days of receipt (only for unopened products, no returns for opened products).Please send by EMS or Registered Postal for replacement or refund and let us know the tracking number soon.
