** There's a 198 written on the top of the cylinder. There's also tape over it so I know it was written before shipped. So Obey wrote it & it's not just currier markings. It's safe to think this is 198 of the 450. I've bought several Obey art pieces before & the number on the out side is the numbered edition.**
The Rise Above Bird is a simple twist on the white peace dove with olive branch, but hey, good guys don’t always
wear white! The “rise above” is a call to take the high road with a nod to one of my favorite Black Flag songs. Peace
