Brackish began with one feather bow tie designed by Ben Ross and gifted to his groomsman, Jeff Plotner. Since its inception, the brand has blossomed into a full line of men’s and women’s accessories designed and handcrafted in Charleston, South Carolina with each piece focused on honoring the beauty found in nature. Made with maroon goose feathers and named after the horse, Old Rosebud, who took 1st place in the 40th running of the Kentucky Derby in 1914, the Rosebud Bow Tie takes its inspiration from those spring and summer events, like horse races, where we gather together.

Wrap around adjustable hook. Black grosgrain center back. Made in Charleston. Every feather is hand selected by our artisans, making no two ties exactly alike. No dyes are used, giving each tie a unique coloring.
