Striking butterfly pendant by Native American Zuni artisan Tony Ohmsatte. This pendant is set with Sleeping Beauty turquoise, black onyx, and golden mother of pearl. Signed on reverse, tests as silver but is not marked. Chain is stainless steel, but it goes really well, and is not original, it was added by me.
I have seen a few of these, but never in this lovely turquoise and black combination. It's really stunning.
Measures 2 7/8" tall, and 1.5" wide, chain is 22" long.
These lovely pieces are harder and harder to find, and this is a wear-anywhere piece of jewelry, perfect with jeans or an evening gown. Box is included.
